Austin came downstairs the other morning all dressed in his soccer gear and told me he was going outside to play a soccer game.
I then took him to our back door to show him why that would not be an option.
Next came the expected 3 year old tantrum.

The eternal optimism of youth, this is what I love about the boy too - and at least the tantrum is expected and you can brace youself - or at the very least, lock yourself in your room. Austy, we love you!
Awwwh, poor Austin. You'll have to set up a soccer field in the basement.
